A issue #111 deste projeto (repositório privado, sem link aqui), item 2, pediu **"USO COMERCIAL NÃO PERMITIDO"**. A primeira resposta do operador foi trocar a licença dos DADOS para CC BY-NC 4.0; antes de aplicar, os 28 pacotes de `dados.cl.df.gov.br` foram lidos pela licença que eles próprios declaram — 22 CC BY-SA, 2 CC0, 4 sem nenhuma — e a CC BY-SA proíbe acrescentar uma restrição não-comercial a jusante. Posto de volta ao operador com essa medição em mãos, a decisão final, verbatim: **"mantain 1 for data. logic/code and interface non commercial"** — os dados continuam abertos, sob a mesma licença da fonte (CC BY-SA 4.0), e é o CÓDIGO e a INTERFACE que passam a carregar a restrição de uso não comercial.
